Seattle Amateur Packet Radio
This site tries to capture some of the Amateur Radio Data Communications activity occurring in the Seattle, Washington, USA region.
The genesis of this site dates back to the late 1980s and the organization Northwest Amateur Packet Radio Association (NAPRA), and the very loosely-knit group that grew out of NAPRA called WETNET (Washington Experimenter's TCP/IP Network) and SEATCP (the WETNET general mailing list) . Very generally, this group was involved in (then) cutting-edge develop of packet radio networks - Net/ROM nodes, TCP/IP over AX.25 Packet Radio, Linux, 9600 baud, 9600 baud bit-regen repeaters, and Internet gateways.
This page is relatively static, with content updated as necessary.
